Shallow Beit Gemal hand painted serving dish

Drawing inspiration from all over the Arab World - this intricately handpainted bowl comes from a small monastery outside of Jerusalem, on the destroyed Palestinian village of Beit Jemal, where you will find a small number of devoted sisters whove dedicated their lives to prayer and a life of solitude.
