Inspired by the rolling hills surrounding the village and Palestine’s enduring olive trees, the olive leaf motif has become an iconic design of Nisf Jbeil. Each piece is individually hand-painted, making every set truly one of a kind. All dishes are signed with the name of the cooperative, honoring the artisans behind the work.
