A single piece of Palestinian olive wood, carved in a small workshop in Birzeit, near Ramallah. Each board is cut from pruned olive branches — never composite, never joined — so the natural grain runs uninterrupted from end to end.

The result is a board with deep, varied veining unique to each piece. Use it for bread, cheese, or fruit at the table, or as an everyday kitchen board.
