Handthrown Ceramic Cup Set (2) – Lavender Glaze

Hand-thrown in Nur Minawi's studio in Jaffa, these cups are made from red stoneware clay and finished with a soft lavender matte glaze. Nur is a third-generation Palestinian ceramicist who has worked from his own studio since Hilweh Market began stocking his work — and these are the cups we now serve our cappuccinos and lattes in at the café.

A gentle thumb indentation creates a natural grip, giving the cup a comfortable, secure feel in the hand. Because each cup is thrown individually, no two are exactly alike. These are made for daily use.
