Armenian Ceramic Fauna Bowl
A hand-painted ceramic bowl made in the Armenian Quarter of Jerusalem's Old City, by Garo and Sonia Sandrouni. The design features birds and flowering branches in layered colour — a motif drawn from the ceramic tradition the Sandrounis have worked in for over 30 years.
Each bowl is individually hand-painted and signed, making no two pieces alike. Works equally well as a serving bowl, a vessel for flowers, or a display piece on a shelf.
