Sand Colored Tapered Ceramic Cups by Nur (Set of 2)

A set of two full-size cups, hand-thrown in Nur Minawi’s studio in Yaffa. Made from sand-colored stoneware and finished with a clear glaze at the top, each cup highlights Nur’s characteristic contrast between the smooth glazed surface and the natural, unglazed clay below.

Nur is a third-generation Palestinian ceramicist working from his studio in Jaffa.

Designed for daily use, each cup is individually thrown and finished by hand, so no two are exactly alike. Subtle variations in form and glaze are part of the character of the work.
