Olive Leaves Soup Bowls from Nisf Jbeil (set of 2)

These whimsical and elegant ceramic olive leaf soup bowls are hand painted by a women-run ceramic studio in Nisf Jbeil, a small village of 300 residents located north of the Palestinian city of Nablus. 

Drawing inspiration from the hills that surround them, and Palestine's olive trees, this design has become an iconic representation of the village of Nisf Jbeil.

Each bowl is unique, hand-painted and signed with the name of the cooperative.
