Designer Hazar (Hazura) Grably, 30, was born and raised in Jaffa has a true passion for art, fashion, textile design and screen print. Ethnic Art, Embroidery, and natural environment are a constant source of ideas for her designs and artwork.

Growing up in Jaffa exposed Hazar to different and diverse cultures that deeply influenced her work. The inspiration is taken from the Islamic architecture and the Palestinian traditions. Embroidery with red, black and gold thread are characteristic of her projects.

One of the most important guiding principles for Hazar Grably is to empower Arab women by working and collaborating with local seamstresses and embroidery artists.
