Fayoum Copper Glaze Espresso Cup

Founded in the 1980s in the rural village of Tunis, Egypt, the Fayoum pottery school established a formal training curriculum rooted in the locals unique use of mud and clay. Today, Fayoum ceramicists are known throughout Egypt and beyond for their distinctive work, and have helped transform the local economy with festivals, workshops, galleries, and more.

Only three of these espresso cups are available, each totally unique and striking in its own way. Hand signed by Rahma, the fayoum based potter behind these creations.
